in September, 2000, as a wholly invested subsidiary of Zhejiang
Jianfeng International Trade Co., Ltd. I/E Dept. No.5.

listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1993. With the
authorization from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic
Cooperation, we are able to independently conduct import and export
